Jewellery is delicate and requires extra care we recommend having your ring cleaned and inspected every year. This may help prevent the loss of a stone and extend the life of your jewellery. This cleaning and inspection service is free of charge for 2 years to UK customers.

You can also clean your ring at home safely after every 2 months but annual professional service is still required after every 1 year. A guide below will help you how to clean engagement ring at home.

1. CHECK IF THE RING IS IN GOOD CONDITION
It is important that before you start cleaning your diamond ring that you look closely and check the state of it. Make sure the diamond/s are not moving If so, we recommend you take the ring to a jeweller immediately who will be able to clean it without causing any further damage. Not only will they know how to clean it properly, but they will also be capable of fixing any issues.

2. BEGIN CLEANING THE RING USING WARM WATER WASHING UP LIQUID
Rings get dirty for various reasons, the use of cosmetics being the most common one. Lotion, makeup, To make your diamond sparkle again, fill a bowl or container with warm to hot water, add washing up liquid (fairy liquid) and let the diamond ring soak for 30 mins.
