Ring size is as important as the ring itself. Sometimes ring size that you order does fit in properly and we assure you that MD DIAMONDS will not give up until you are satisfied in all aspects; therefore, we offer free resizing to your ring free of charge within the first 90 days of receipt of your product. Custom or modified products (special orders that have been designed and/or produced to customer specifications) are also eligible for free resizing with in first 90 days of receipt of your product.
Please note that if the ring size change is over 4 sizes bigger or smaller, there will be a fee that needs to be paid for the service, as the ring may have to be re-made.
Some designs cannot be resized, for example, full eternity rings or twisted bands. For bespoke designs, your design consultant will notify you if your design is unable to be resize.
If you choose a design, which is non-resizable, then the ring mount is not covered by our returns policy.
If your ring is engraved and requires a second engraving due to the resize, the fee for this service is £50.
